One of the most professional companies I’ve dealt with anywhere!
I was in need of urgent help on a Saturday afternoon and had to move on Monday . The team came and packed up everything so well. Chris is a very nice guy who will bend over backwards to help . Climat de confiance instauré au premier appel lors de la demande de devis. A tout instant, Mr Mickael Pereira a fait preuve d’optimisme et de positivité dans ma demande ce qui m'a rassuré dans le choix de USP Relocations Phuket. Toutes les démarches administratives sont claires et parfaitement exécutées et le suivi administratif juste exemplaire grâce à Mr Pereira qui est un atout pour cette entreprise !

If you read this review and you are in Thailand- stop the searching and take this company. I took them from Thailand island to Bangkok for all my house, they did the best job ever!!! First, communication is not only in english (super rare) but also FAST and responsive. I knew were my delivery in every moment of the way. The price they give me was the best from all companies I checked and they were the fastest, literally came the day after. Means, they drove all night. The movers kept all things in great shape, no damages , nothing broken.

I traveled from Phuket to Bangkok, a very good company transported my things without any bureaucracy! Deliver a motorcycle 3500 baht, large box 300 baht.

We used them for our move from Bangkok to Phuket and were very satisfied with the service. We got a few quotes from different companies. They were not the cheapest, but they were not the most expensive either. The reason why we went with them is that the person I first talked to (Mickaël) was very clear in his communication, very responsive and professional, and he could make our chosen dates happen. The packing went fast and smoothly. Our belongings arrived the next day in Phuket, everything was there, nothing was broken. I contacted USP when I had a package held by customs in Bangkok. Their Manager, Kirit, was very helpful. They got the package released and shipped to me in a few days. Laila in customer service kept me informed throughout. Professional company, great communication and fast service. I would highly recommend and will use them again if I need any of their services in future.
